1	Provision of new SIM cards with at least $10 credit within hours after collection of SIM card holder’s passport
2​	​Access & use of ASD office facilities during office hours (9am-6pm)
3	​Arrival briefing and meeting between ASD Account Manager and key staff & Captain & key crew
4	​Service available 24/7 (hourly rates x2 from 10.30 pm to 7.00 am, including phone calls)
5	​Funds management –Handling of the APA as advance funds from which we make purchases, pay harbor fees, etc on your behalf
6	​Preferential treatment at Customs, Immigration, Harbor Master
7	​Agency Services such as described in overview below
8	​Follow-up correspondence after departure and other minor work
9	​Berthing fee & arrangements negotiation
10	​Bunkering, lubricant and potable water supplies (upon quotation)
11	​Logistics: import/export/transit management, import tax optimization, courier /express service
12	​Cruise destinations and route recommendations + preparation of necessary permits
13	Basic coordination for repairs and other services (with recommended suppliers & contractors)
